Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Support the pheresis process by preparing equipment, monitoring donors, and ensuring safety and data accuracy. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure, observe donor reactions, record incidents and equipment data via PDA, alert supervisors about flow issues, maintain a clean environment, and follow safety protocols. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months’ experience, preferably in medical or health settings; basic math skills; ability to follow instructions; manual dexterity.
