Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Support the pheresis process by preparing equipment, monitoring donors, and documenting procedures. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, monitor and respond to alarms during the procedure, disconnect donors post-process, record incidents and donor data accurately in electronic systems, ensure a safe, clean environment, and maintain compliance with HSE and OSHA policies. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months' experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields; basic math skills; ability to follow instructions; manual dexterity and physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds. High-Value: Involvement in blood/plasma donation centers; knowledge ofpheresis procedures; adherence to safety and safety protocols; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens and hazardous chemicals. Work setup: Likely on-site with extended hours, overtime, and some physical demands.
