Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Support the pheresis process by preparing equipment, monitoring donors, responding to alarms, and ensuring safety and data accuracy. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, monitor donors during procedures, record incidents and equipment linkages via PDA, alert leadership to flow issues, maintain a clean work environment, and adhere to safety protocols. Skills/Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months’ experience, ideally in healthcare; basic math skills; ability to follow instructions; manual dexterity; physical capacity for standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs; and understanding of safety and confidentiality protocols. HighValue: experience in medical or health environment preferred, with exposure to bloodborne pathogens and Hazardous chemicals; environment involves frequent interruptions, extended hours, and use of PPE; physical demands include reaching, bending, and manual dexterity; bilingual skills may be advantageous.
