Role: Donor Pheresis Technician responsible for preparing and monitoring the pheresis process, ensuring donor safety, and maintaining accurate data records. Responsibilities: prepare donor, equipment, and environment; monitor and respond to alarms and donor reactions; disconnect donor after completion; record incidents and donor information electronically; ensure compliance with safety, health, and confidentiality policies; maintain supplies and cleanliness; may be cross-trained and bilingual if needed. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months’ experience, preferably in medical or health settings; basic math skills.
