Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Support the pheresis process by preparing equipment, monitoring donor and machine function, and ensuring safety and accuracy during procedures. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, monitor donors for reactions, respond to alarms, document incidents and donor data electronically, and maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with HSE and OSHA policies. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months’ experience, preferably in healthcare, with basic math skills. High-Value: involves blood/plasma collection, pheresis procedures, and potentially hyperimmune programs; requires adherence to safety protocols, confidentiality, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with manual dexterity. Work setup: physical tasks involving standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds; extended hours and overtime may be required; bilingual skills may be preferred; work conditions include exposure to chemicals and blood-borne pathogens.
