Responsibilities: set up equipment, monitor pheresis procedures, respond to alarms and donor reactions, disconnect donors post-procedure, maintain a clean environment, and document incidents in electronic systems. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum three monthsβ experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields; basic math skills; ability to follow instructions, perform manual tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment. High-Value: involvement in blood/plasma collection, pheresis procedures, potentially supporting hyper immune programs; adherence to HSE/OSHA policies; cross-training opportunities; physical requirements include standing, manual dexterity, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
