Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Support pheresis procedures by preparing equipment, monitoring donors, and ensuring process safety and accuracy. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, respond to alarms, record incidents and donor data electronically, maintain a clean environment, and adhere to safety protocols. Require maintaining awareness of donor reactions and ensuring proper process flow. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months’ experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields; basic math skills. High-Value: focus on pheresis procedures, donor management, and safety compliance in a clinical or blood donation setting. WorkSetup: physical presence, with potential for extended hours, including overtime; PPE required; physically demanding environment with exposure to blood-borne pathogens and hazardous chemicals.
