Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Support the pheresis process by preparing equipment, monitoring donors, and documenting procedures. Responsibilities: prepare autopheresis machines, monitor donors and respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure, record incidents and donor data accurately, ensure a clean and safe environment, and maintain compliance with HSE and OSHA policies. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of 3 months’ experience, preferably in a healthcare setting; basic math skills; ability to follow instructions, manual dexterity, and physical stamina.
