Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Donor pheresis technician responsible for preparing, monitoring, and discharging donors during the pheresis process. Objectives: ensure safe, efficient collection of blood components while maintaining compliance with SOPs and safety standards. Responsibilities: set up equipment and donor environment, monitor for alarms and adverse reactions, record data accurately in electronic systems, maintain supplies, and promote safety. May be cross-trained in other areas and require bilingual skills as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months’ experience in healthcare or related environment; basic math skills.
