Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Support the pheresis process by preparing equipment, monitoring donors, and recording data to ensure safe and efficient plasma collection. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, monitor donor reactions, respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure, record incidents and equipment linkage via PDA, notify supervisors of flow issues, and maintain documentation accuracy per SOPs. Maintain a clean work environment, ensure supply availability, and follow safety protocols, including OSHA and HSE policies. Cross-training and bilingual skills may be required. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months' experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields; basic math skills; ability to follow instructions, observe equipment, and communicate effectively. Work setup involves standing, walking, manual dexterity, and lifting up to 25 pounds; environment includes exposure to chemicals, temperature extremes, blood-borne pathogens, and PPE use. Overtime and extended hours support operational needs.
