Customer Service- Donor Support Technician

Role: Pheresis Technician responsible for preparing and monitoring donor pheresis procedures, ensuring equipment readiness, and maintaining safety and compliance. Responsibilities include setting up the autopheresis machine, monitoring donors during the process, responding to alarms, disconnecting donors post-procedure, and accurately recording data using PDA and electronic systems.
