Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Support the pheresis process by preparing equipment, monitoring donors, and ensuring data accuracy. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, monitor donor reactions, respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure, record incidents and donor info via PDA, communicate flow issues, maintain a clean work environment, and adhere to safety and confidentiality protocols. Requirements: High school diploma, minimum three months’ experience preferably in healthcare, basic math skills, ability to follow instructions, manual dexterity, and physical capacity for standing, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and working in a fast-paced, potentially hazardous setting.
