Role: Support phlebotomy operations by preparing equipment, monitoring donor procedures, and recording data during pheresis collections. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, oversee donor reactions, disconnect donors post-procedure, respond to alarms, record incidents via PDA, ensure accurate donor data entry, maintain a clean work environment, and adhere to safety protocols. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare settings; basic math skills; ability to follow instructions and handle manual tasks in a fast-paced, potentially hazardous environment.
