Responsibilities:
- Establish address codes for direct and indirect customers in the order-to-cash and reporting systems per SOPs.
- Maintain ongoing customer account changes and deletions in order-to-cash per SOPs, ensuring customer data accuracy.
- Investigate licensing and financial responsibility status for parties on existing customer accounts; contact customers to update state, DEA, and veterinary license registrations.
- Ensure customer financial data (tax, tax exemption status, credit card and bank data) is accurate and up to date.
- Provide first-line customer support via phone, email, and SalesForce.com.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal supervision and high attention to detail.
- Recommend and implement procedural improvements to operational focus areas.
- Serve as primary contact for operational tasks, including responding to daily email requests, creating payment terms, licensing, and running SAP audit checks.
- Ensure schedule drug order activities comply with DEA regulations; release DEA and conditionally licensed state hold orders after guidelines are met and documented.
- Support master data audits as needed.
- Create and maintain Operational Guides/Documentation for ECC and GTS requirements; document and communicate business process changes to stakeholders/vendors.
- Assist with cross-functional projects (integrations, acquisitions, business transformation) for direct and indirect customers.
- Coordinate testing with ZTD for SAP enhancements, UAT fixes, and mass upload data validation.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
Skills/Technical:
- SAP order-to-cash system knowledge preferred.
- Audit support experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Phone system and internet application expertise; SalesForce.com preferred.
- Analytical/organizational skills with high accuracy; strong verbal and written communication; problem-solving; “Delight the Customer” attitude.
Schedule: 8:30–5, with ability to work 8:30–7:00 EST.
