Customer Experience Director- Mid Atlantic

Role: Customer Experience Director responsible for ensuring product availability and optimizing logistics for radiopharmaceuticals across a specified region. Objectives include managing daily dose logistics, enhancing customer satisfaction, and collaborating cross-functionally with Market Access, Medical, Supply Chain, and Sales to identify opportunities and resolve issues. Responsibilities encompass overseeing supply chain operations, coordinating shipments from manufacturing facilities to customers, managing customer relationships, tracking performance metrics, and implementing process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in medical or business fields; 10+ years in biotech, pharma, medical device, or nuclear medicine industries; 1-2 years in radiopharmaceutical customer relationship management; strong organizational, problem-solving, and cross-functional influencing skills. Preferred: experience leading teams, clinical or technical knowledge of PET/CT imaging, radiopharmacy operations, and residence in the Mid-Atlantic region. High-Value: radiopharmaceutical logistics, PET imaging, customer experience in competitive markets, regulatory awareness, and experience managing high-complexity supply chains. Work setup: operational remotely or in-region with potential after-hours and weekend work; reports to Senior Director of Customer Experience.
