Customer Engagement Liaison (CEL) – East, US Kidney

General Summary
- Identify and drive engagement with nephrology stakeholders (primarily HCPs) related to commercial programming (speaker bureaus, advisory boards, congresses, regional insights meetings) to inform marketing/brand strategy for U.S. Commercial Kidney portfolio and gather actionable insights across commercial activities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop commercial engagement plans with nephrology stakeholders to inform brand strategy and messaging.
- Monitor market trends and treatment patterns; strategize to maximize commercial uptake.
- Build and manage relationships for speaker bureaus, advisory boards, congresses, and regional insights meetings.
- Support HCPs on speaker bureau activities (attend, train/evaluate speakers, provide feedback).
- Lead regional insights meetings; identify and engage key advisors.
- Nominate new members; support advisory boards/strategic council activities.
- Plan/execute national and regional conferences for senior-leader HCP engagements.
- Gather/synthesize HCP feedback; deliver insights on strategy, tactics, messaging, and execution.
- Collaborate with field roles (sales, medical, access, etc.) to optimize engagement and insight generation.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Typically 8+ years healthcare/biopharma experience (or equivalent).
- Nephrology experience.
- Experience as Thought Leader Liaison or Regional Marketing Lead.
- Rare disease/specialty product launch experience.

Required Skills
- Customer focus and HCP engagement knowledge.
- Clinical/technical/scientific aptitude in complex disease states.
- Execute strategic/tactical plans under short timelines.
- Strong verbal/written/presentation communication.
- Self-driven planning/organization; collaborative; manage multiple projects.

Travel Requirements
- ~60–80% domestic travel; weekends may be included.
- Valid driver’s license.

Pay Range
- $152,800–$229,200. Eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards.
