General Summary
Customer Engagement Liaison (CEL) β East, US Kidney: Extension of the marketing team responsible for identifying and driving engagement with key nephrology stakeholders (primarily HCPs) through commercial programming (speaker bureaus, advisory boards, congresses, regional insights meetings). Supports IgA nephropathy (IgAN), APOL1-mediated kidney disease (AMKD), and other potential kidney diseases. Works cross-functionally with US Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Medical Affairs to shape customer engagement strategies, execute tactics, and deliver actionable insights.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Own and lead commercial engagement plans that inform brand strategy and messaging.
- Identify/monitor market trends and treatment pattern insights; strategize to maximize commercial uptake.
- Build and manage HCP relationships tied to speaker bureaus, advisory boards, congresses, and regional meetings.
- Partner with HCPs on speaker bureau execution (attend events, train/evaluate speakers, provide feedback).
- Lead regional insights meetings; identify/engage key advisors.
- Nominate members and support advisory boards/strategic council activities.
- Plan/execute national and regional conferences with strategic HCP engagement.
- Gather/synthesize HCP feedback for commercial projects.
- Deliver customer insights on strategy, tactics, messaging, and program execution.
- Collaborate with sales, medical, access, etc. to optimize engagement and insight generation.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelorβs degree.
- Typically 8+ years in healthcare/biopharma (or equivalent).
- Nephrology experience; prior Thought Leader Liaison or Regional Marketing Lead experience.
- Rare disease/specialty product launch experience.

Travel

Pay Range
- $152,800β$229,200 (eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards).
