General Summary:
Customer Engagement Liaison (CEL) β East, US Kidney (marketing function). Identify and drive engagement with key nephrology stakeholders (primarily HCPs) through commercial programming (speaker bureaus, advisory boards, congresses, regional insights meetings) to inform and evolve marketing/brand strategy for IgA nephropathy (IgAN), APOL1-mediated kidney disease (AMKD), and other kidney diseases. Partner cross-functionally with US Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Medical Affairs; anticipate trends, uncover competitive intelligence, and deliver against business objectives. Must live in the territory and be near an airport.
Key Duties And Responsibilities:
- Develop commercial engagement plans and HCP relationship strategies
- Identify/monitor market trends and treatment insights; strategize to maximize uptake
- Build/manage HCP relationships tied to speaker bureaus, advisory boards, congresses, and regional meetings
- Support speaker bureau execution (attend, train/evaluate speakers, optimize presentations)
- Lead regional insights meetings; nominate members for advisory boards/strategic councils
- Plan/execute national and regional conferences for senior-leader HCP engagement
- Gather/synthesize HCP feedback; deliver customer insights with HQ teams
- Collaborate with field roles to optimize engagement and insights; uphold ethics and integrity
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree; typically 8+ years in healthcare/biopharma (or equivalent)
- Nephrology experience
- Thought Leader Liaison or Regional Marketing Lead experience
- Rare disease/specialty product launch experience
Required Skills:
- HCP engagement expertise; clinical/scientific aptitude

Travel: ~60β80% domestic travel.
Pay Range: $152,800β$229,200; eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards.
