General Summary
Customer Engagement Liaison (CEL) - East, US Kidney: Extension of the marketing team responsible for identifying and driving engagement with key nephrology stakeholders (primarily HCPs) via commercial programming (speaker bureaus, advisory boards, congresses, regional insights meetings). Supports IgA nephropathy (IgAN), APOL1-mediated kidney disease (AMKD), and other kidney diseases; informs marketing/brand strategy through stakeholder insights.

Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Own and lead commercial engagement plans with nephrology stakeholders to inform brand strategy/messaging.
- Identify/monitor market trends and treatment-pattern insights; strategize to maximize commercial uptake.
- Build/manage HCP relationships for commercial programming (speaker bureaus, advisory boards, congresses, regional meetings).
- Partner with HCPs on speaker bureau execution (event support, training/evaluation, feedback).
- Lead regional insights meetings; identify/engage key advisors.
- Nominate new members; support advisory boards/strategic councils.
- Plan/execute national and regional conferences for senior leader HCP engagements.
- Gather/synthesize HCP feedback; deliver actionable customer insights with HQ teams.
- Collaborate with sales/medical/access to optimize engagement and maximize insight generation.
- Model compliance focused on ethics and integrity.

Required Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Typically 8 years in healthcare/biopharma (or equivalent).
- Nephrology experience.
- Prior Thought Leader Liaison or Regional Marketing Lead experience.
- Rare disease/specialty product launch experience.

Travel Requirements: ~60–80% domestic travel.

Pay/Benefits (if applicable per posting)
- Pay range: $152,800–$229,200; eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards.
