Custodian

Role: Custodian responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety at a collection center, supporting operational efficiency. Responsibilities: perform cleaning of work areas, windows, and restrooms; conduct minor maintenance such as changing bulbs, painting, plumbing, and carpentry; monitor grounds and parking lots; assist with recycling and shipping materials; ensure proper supply levels and uphold safety protocols. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum three months custodial experience preferred; ability to follow instructions, observe safety procedures, and handle physical tasks including lifting up to 40 pounds; manual dexterity and high levels of manual work in a fast-paced environment; bilingual skills may be preferred. High-Value: custodial/maintenance, safety and OSHA compliance, working with hazardous chemicals and blood-borne pathogens, supporting operational functions in a clinical or collection environment. WorkSetup: full-time, overtime and extended hours required; PPE provided; physical presence on-site.
