Custodian

Role: Custodian responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organization of a collection center, supporting operational efficiency and compliance. Responsibilities: perform cleaning (surfaces, carpets, windows), minor maintenance (changing bulbs, repairs), grounds monitoring, waste management, supply handling, and restroom sanitation; assist with recycling and packaging; ensure adherence to safety protocols and confidentiality. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; at least three months custodial experience or similar; strong understanding of instructions; ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand/walk extensively, and work in hazardous environments with PPE; basic manual dexterity and physical stamina. Preferred: bilingual skills; previous custodial experience. High-Value: custodial role in a healthcare or collection setting, compliance with OSHA/HSE policies, exposure to hazardous chemicals, and extended/hard work hours; no specific biopharma modality or therapeutic focus, but emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance in a regulated environment.
