Custodial & Grounds Technician

Role: Custodian and Grounds Technician responsible for maintaining all non-GMP areas of the facility to ensure a clean, safe, and audit-ready environment. Responsibilities: perform cleaning of administrative and common areas, conduct preventative maintenance (SAP), keep detailed logs, manage snow removal and landscaping, oversee contractors, maintain supplies and equipment, and participate in safety and operational training. Also contributes to continuous improvement and special projects. Requirements: High school diploma (preferred), at least 1 year of related experience; experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is advantageous. Skills include janitorial expertise, operation of cleaning equipment, strong communication, teamwork, organization, and attention to detail.
