CTL/Senior Clinical Trial Leader

Role: Senior Clinical Trial Lead responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing global clinical trials in oncology, ensuring compliance with GCP, ICH, and FDA regulations. Responsibilities: coordinate study initiation, execution, and reporting; manage CROs and vendors; develop study documents; monitor trial progress, budgets, and timelines; and serve as key contact for Clinical Strategy Team. Lead operational and therapeutic training, mentor junior staff, and ensure inspection readiness. Requirements: MSc/PhD in life sciences or related field; 10+ years in clinical research with at least 5 years of trial management experience; CRO oversight expertise; oncology experience preferred. Skills: strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities; in-depth knowledge of GCP, ICH, and US FDA regulations; ability to manage large, global teams and work independently.
