Job Description The successful candidate must have 3 high level job skills: Attention to detail, Strong communications skills and Customer First focus. Responsibilities Open Service Order number for Installation, Preventative Maintenance, Repair, etc. of analytical instruments by engineers Create repair quotations based on inquiries from engineers and submit to customers and sales representatives. Order parts necessary for Preventative Maintenance, Repair work, etc. and ship them according to customer needs. Confirm parts inventory at domestic and overseas warehouses. Arrangements are made taking into consideration engineer visit dates and delivery dates, and confirmation of stock status. Escalate urgent shipments depending on delivery date situation.
