Role: Support plasma collection operations as a Phlebotomist, Donor Support Technician, or related position, focusing on donor preparation, pheresis process monitoring, and safety. Responsibilities: prepare donor and equipment, monitor and respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-pheresis, record incidents and donor data accurately using PDA, ensure compliance with SOPs, health, safety, and confidentiality policies; maintain a clean work environment and assist cross-functionally as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ months in healthcare or related environment; basic math skills. Preferred: Bilingual skills may be advantageous; experience in medical or health provider settings is preferred.
