Responsibilities: prepare donors and equipment, operate and oversee pheresis machines, respond to alarms or adverse reactions, record process data via PDA, ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and confidentiality standards, and maintain a clean work environment. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months’ experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical environment; ability to perform basic math.
