Role: Support plasma collection operations as a Medical Screener-Reception Technician, Donor Support Technician, Plasma Processing Technician, or Phlebotomist, ensuring efficient, safe pheresis procedures. Responsibilities: prepare donors and equipment, monitor and respond to alarms during the pheresis process, accurately record donor data using PDA, maintain safety and cleanliness, and ensure compliance with SOPs, HSE, and OSHA policies. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months' experience in medical or health-related environment or similar education/experience; ability to perform basic math; bilingual skills may be preferred.
