Role: Cryopreservation Manufacturing Operator for CAR T cell therapies, responsible for executing manufacturing procedures in a cGMP environment to support clinical and commercial production. Responsibilities include cell culturing, purification, aseptic processing, cryopreservation, and maintaining documentation per GMP standards. The role also involves supporting process development, process improvements, and compliance activities, including audits and investigations. Requirements: High School diploma with 4+ years biotech/pharma experience or Bachelorβs in Life Sciences/Engineering with 0-2 years of industry experience; knowledge of manufacturing operations, GMP, and process support. Preferred skills include familiarity with GMP, manufacturing science, and process optimization tools. High-value specifics: manufacturing autologous CAR T products, supporting clinical and commercial supply, working in a controlled cleanroom environment, and working in shifts (Tuesday to Saturday, 1st or 2nd shift). Collaboration is across manufacturing teams, supporting schedule adjustments, safety, and quality compliance. Work setup: onsite in Raritan, NJ, with physical demands including mobility, lifting, gowning, and compliance with safety protocols.
