Critical Utility Systems Technician (Water)

Role: Facilities Engineering Technician supporting industrial water systems and equipment at Alcon's Fort Worth campus, focusing on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of water purification and energy plant systems. Responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation issues, maintaining water treatment equipment (RO, DI, WFI), and supporting facility system modifications. Requirements: High School diploma, 3+ years relevant industrial maintenance experience, proficient in mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems, with knowledge of cGMP and environmental regulations. Preferred: experience with pharmaceutical or regulated industry water systems, hands-on expertise with pure water technologies (RO, EDI), and a wastewater license. Work setup: onsite Fort Worth, TX; travel 0-10%.
