Courier I

Role: Courier responsible for the pickup, transport, and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports for Labcorp in Memphis, TN. Objectives include ensuring timely pickups, maintaining specimen integrity, and providing excellent client service. Responsibilities: load supplies, complete daily pickup schedules, operate company vehicles safely, manage pickups via electronic devices, and collaborate with dispatchers. Requirements: no formal education or experience needed; preferred qualifications include a high school diploma, 1+ year driver/courier experience, and customer service skills. High-Value: specimen transport, medical lab samples, handling potentially biohazardous materials, operating company vehicles, within a healthcare diagnostic setting. Work setup: Monday–Friday 12pm–8:30pm with rotating weekends; company vehicle use, option to take vehicle home for personal use for a monthly fee.
