Responsibilities: lead hazard reviews (e.g., LOPA, HAZOP), advise on safety technologies, support audits, and facilitate global process safety networks. Collaborate with operations, engineering, R&D, and external stakeholders to foster a safety culture and share best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering or science; 5+ years of process safety experience, preferably in manufacturing or related environments, with expertise in hazard assessment tools, risk control strategies, and regulatory compliance. Preferred: advanced degrees or certifications such as CCPSC, PE, CSP; experience with global safety regulations and process safety technology. High-value: emphasis on hazard assessment, risk mitigation, incident investigation, and safety culture in manufacturing settings. Work setup: on-site in Maplewood or Austin (at least 4 days/week), with up to 30% travel; relocation support may be provided.
