Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day execution of Corporate Compliance workflows, including HCP engagement, fair market value (FMV) tiering, exclusion/debarment screening, and external funding reviews.
- Execute defined operational compliance processes (workflow execution, quality control, schedules/documentation) to ensure tasks are accurate and on time.
- Use systems/reports to collect, organize, analyze, and present compliance KPIs and operational trends.
- Maintain compliance documentation and records (screening evidence, FMV analyses, schedules, required materials) and prepare reports/presentations/screenshots.
- Coordinate meetings, track project plans/milestones, facilitate recurring admin processes, and assist with budget tasks (purchase orders, invoices, contract coordination).
- Partner with Compliance and business stakeholders; communicate expectations and handle sensitive information professionally.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, healthcare, or life sciences.
- 2+ years project management; 2+ years system administration; 2+ years data collection/analysis/reporting; 2+ years stakeholder interactions.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving, attention to detail/accuracy, confidentiality, collaboration, and written communication; Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
- Ability to produce high-quality work with minimal oversight; ability to travel up to 20%.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years budget management; 1+ years business process analysis/improvement; 1+ years HCP engagement/time & expense/external funding support.
- CHC (or equivalent) healthcare compliance certification; knowledge of Anti-Kickback Statute and False Claims Act.
- Smartsheet/online project management tools; life sciences background.
