The Coordinator I, Plant Operations will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operational activities. This position will support cross-functional teams, oversee project resource allocation, and assist in maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project timelines, schedule meetings, complete meeting minutes, track action items, and generate reports.
- Monitor, generate, and summarize departmental performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Assist in supporting complex, cross-functional projects within the plant operations team.
- Track project plans to ensure they meet business objectives and are completed on time and within budget.
- Work closely with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, facilities, and engineering teams to streamline workflows and resolve operational challenges.
- Identify inefficiencies in operational processes and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure clear communication of priorities and deliverables.
- Submit purchase orders, review vendor invoices, and approve invoices as needed.
- Collaborate with finance to monitor departmental expenditures for budget compliance.
- Oversee coordination and execution of daily, weekly, and monthly operational tasks.
- Support functions within the document management system for readiness for audits and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or other scientific related field.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in D365, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred:
- 2+ years of operations or coordination experience in pharmaceutical or similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

Wisconsin pay range: $50,000 USD - $60,000 USD.
