Role Summary
This is an onsite role in the Tarrytown, NY office and is not eligible for fully remote work. The Development Program Management Coordinator will support the Development Program Management (DPM) team by taking ownership of scheduling and coordination responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of cross-functional development programs. This role manages meeting logistics, distributes materials, and maintains documentation to help the team focus on strategic priorities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling and managing meetings for Development Program Managers, including governance meetings and cross-functional team discussions.
- Proactively manage meetings and ensure scheduling conflicts are resolved promptly. Act as a liaison to coordinate availability across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Distribute meeting agendas, ensure all necessary materials are prepared and available, and manage related documentation.
- Track and coordinate follow-up actions from meetings to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain program contact and distribution lists and ensure SharePoint sites and other relevant systems are updated with current information.
- Assist the DPM team with additional tasks as needed to streamline operations.

- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SharePoint or similar collaboration tools.
- Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly and effectively.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or Associate’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
