Role: Controlled Environment Systems Reliability Coordinator, focusing on optimizing the reliability, readiness, and utilization of controlled environment systems supporting research, seed production, phenotyping, and product development. Responsibilities include ensuring user-ready growth spaces through coordination of room and sanitation readiness, managing irrigation and fertigation systems, supporting pest and chemical management, conducting routine inspections, and maintaining sensor system reliability. The role also involves collaborating with planners, growers, research teams, and facility partners to improve capacity utilization, enforce schedules, and streamline workflows, aiming to shift from reactive troubleshooting to proactive operational improvement.
