Key job responsibilities:
- Lead provider contracting strategy and execution for provider customers, including bone and oncology providers
- Partner with field-based Account Management teams to support customer engagements and gather insights
- Collaborate across Contract Development, Coverage & Pricing Execution, Legal, and Account Management to develop and implement contracting strategies aligned to brand objectives
- Analyze contract performance, customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitive dynamics to inform recommendations
- Coordinate cross-functional responses to contract performance issues, competitive response needs, GPO membership changes, and customer questions
- Oversee proposal development, approval routing, and execution of documents (tear sheets, notices, agreements)
- Drive provider insights and analysis for denosumab strategic planning, QBRs, forecasts, LEDR, and LRS
- Track competitor activity in the provider space and support KPI monitoring
- Routinely interact with senior leadership and cross-functional committees/teams
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships; proactively seek buy-in and provide ongoing support

Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree + 2 years OR Master’s + 4 years OR Bachelor’s + 6 years OR Associate’s + 10 years OR High school/GED + 12 years in sales, marketing, contracting/pricing, finance, accounting, analytics, healthcare, or sales operations

Preferred Qualifications:
- Contracts and pricing experience; direct provider customer experience and buy-and-bill understanding
- Problem-solving with ability to structure ambiguous issues and manage execution
- Ability to manage complexity/ambiguity; collect/analyze information for business analyses
- Leadership and influence across different styles
- Exceptional written/oral communication and executive presence
