Consumer Product Quality Assurance β Reporting & Insights Lead
Overview
- Lead transformation of reporting and analytics that convert product complaint and quality data into validated, decision-ready insights.
- Support global complaint management by enabling analysis/interpretation of product complaint data and driving quality, compliance, and process improvements.
Key Objectives / Deliverables
- Define and deliver global CPQA reporting and analytics strategy aligned to enterprise quality objectives.
- Partner with Tech@Lilly and Global Quality Transformation Office to align solutions to enterprise strategy, architecture, and validation standards.
- Provide technical leadership to define innovative, scalable reporting/analytics approaches.
- Enable validated insights, signal detection, and decision support using complaint and quality data.
- Design/deliver BI and advanced analytics solutions leveraging automation and AI.
- Conduct external benchmarking to identify leading practices and inform roadmap.
- Establish standardized reporting/analytics services (metrics, performance reporting, regulatory/audit support).
- Ensure solutions meet GxP, validation, and data integrity requirements.
- Drive simplification, standardization, and automation to reduce manual, fragmented processes.
- Act as system owner and build global reporting/analytics capabilities (talent development, performance, issue resolution).
Basic Requirements
- Bachelorβs or advanced degree in Data Science/Engineering/Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years in data, reporting, analytics, or related disciplines, including leading global capabilities.
- Experience with GxP-regulated data; validated reporting/analytics; strong data governance/integrity and validation knowledge.
- BI and analytics hands-on experience (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), data integration, automation.
- Experience with critical business data (sales and SAP) for end-to-end insights.
- Strong communication/influencing; translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proven use of automation, AI, and advanced analytics with measurable impact.
Additional Skills / Preferences
- Knowledge of product complaint signal-detection processes.
- Experience connecting quality signals with customer/market insights using sales/SAP data.
- Experience recruiting, developing, and leading analytics teams in matrixed environments.
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics.
