Consumer Experience (CX) Interaction-UI Design Lead

Consumer Experience (CX) Interaction-UI Design Lead will partake and drive to realize the vision and responsibility of providing the world-class user experiences and lead interaction design globally for Sanofi products and its ecosystem. You will partner with Product and Engineering teams to develop amazing user experiences. In this role, you will play a key strategic role in helping drive the future of Sanofi CX. You will collaborate with research, product, and engineering partners across the organization to build customer-focused design solutions at scale while cultivating a culture of user-centric design. You must be responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open and collaborative peer environment. You must be able to lead projects forward in the face of ambiguity.

Main Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities include:

  • fluency and experience in the design thinking process
  • driving the unified user experience in collaboration with colleagues, business and technology leaders
  • experience providing key contributions to innovative, successful products
  • leading all phases of UX design work including distilling research, design ideation, prototyping, final spec design, and implementation
  • making tough calls around priorities and standing for quality
  • contributing to strategic roadmaps with cross-functional leadership
  • integrating Design within the Consumer Experience and digital development process
  • collaborating with key stakeholders to define product design and experience
  • driving operational and execution excellence
  • ensuring Design brings the best creative thinking to the product/business/customer
  • working closely with team members to define and maintain user experience strategy
  • leading and sharing best practices
  • defining customer-centric Design measurement criteria
  • driving and documenting Ix/UI design standards and patterns
  • collaborating on process improvements and tool implementation
  • developing continuous customer relationships and UX and Design opportunities
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Qualifications

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design, HCI or related field, 7+ years of experience creating strategy and designing products, dynamic design portfolio, experience with UX/Design within Lean, Agile development process, advanced Interaction Design skills, mastery of design and prototyping tools, expert knowledge of Design Systems and platform guidelines, ability to manage multiple projects, deep understanding of web technologies, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with pharma/health technology is a plus.
