Consumer Engagement Manager

Role: Consumer Engagement Manager developing and executing social media and influencer strategies to boost brand awareness, community engagement, and sales for Revance's skincare brands. Responsibilities: create social content in collaboration with marketing and creative teams, monitor and apply social media trends, manage influencer campaigns from research to execution, oversee content calendar, engage with followers, and analyze campaign performance. Requirements: 3+ years in social media/influencer marketing, bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Preferred: team-oriented, experience in skincare/beauty, proficiency with new platforms/tools, results-driven content management, analytical and creative skills, excellent communication, resourcefulness, ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
