Consumables NPI Engineer III

Role: Consumables NPI Engineer 3 supporting the transfer and sustainment of complex plastic components in life sciences/medical device manufacturing. Responsibilities: collaborate across functions (Operations, R&D, Supply Chain), support supplier qualification and process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), own part release procedures, maintain BOM and part structures in PLM/ERP systems, and author manufacturing work instructions. Requirements: BS/MS in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Plastics/Industrial Engineering; 4+ (MS) or 6+ (BS) years in manufacturing or NPI engineering, with experience in biotech, life sciences, or medical devices; proficiency with PLM (Arena) and ERP (Oracle); hands-on experience with injection molding, thermoplastics, and IOPQ; strong documentation, change control, and technical skills in GD&T, process capability.
