Consumables NPI Engineer 3

Role: Consumables NPI Engineer for manufacturing and sustainment of plastic consumables in biopharma/medical device manufacturing. Responsibilities: support new product transfer, collaborate across R&D, supply chain, and operations; lead supplier qualification activities; own part release and change control processes; develop and maintain BOMs in PLM/ERP systems; author manufacturing work instructions; troubleshoot discrepancies. Requirements: BS/MS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Plastics, or Industrial Engineering; 4+ (MS) or 6+ (BS) years in manufacturing or NPI, preferably in biotech or life sciences; experience with plastics manufacturing (injection molding, LSR), PLM/ERP systems (Arena, Oracle); knowledge of design, GD&T, process capability; strong cross-functional communication skills. High-Value: plastics manufacturing (injection molding, LSR), NPI, medical device/life sciences, change control, BOM management, manufacturing documentation, 3D mechanical design understanding. Work Setup: not specified; salary range: $126,700–$171,500.
