Connected Factory Engineer

Role: Systems Engineer specializing in manufacturing data integration and platform management within AbbVie's Connected Factory program. Objectives: optimize manufacturing data flows, enhance platform capabilities, and ensure secure, compliant operations across diverse technologies. Responsibilities: analyze existing solutions, gather and translate business requirements into technical designs, develop documentation, implement and troubleshoot solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable integration of systems like Ignition, Kepware, OSI PI, HighByte, and AWS Cloud Services. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 2+ years' experience; hands-on experience with data integration platforms and real-time data streaming protocols; excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills; high proficiency in software development, data analysis, and cloud environments.
