Operations
Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing solutions and processes and identify areas for optimization.
- Gather requirements from business users and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and engineer technical capabilities to meet business needs.
- Develop system documentation (user/admin manuals, architecture drawings, technical specifications).
- Build and execute test protocols to ensure solutions meet specification.
- Author deployment instructions and implement them across supported platforms.
- Intake, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues as reported or via alerts.
- Ensure systems operate effectively, securely, and comply with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are integrated and scalable.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies.

Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related + 2 years in a Developer/Systems Analyst/Admin/Engineer/Integrator role; or Masterโ€™s degree with 0 experience.
- Experience with Ignition, Kepware, OSI PI, HighByte, and/or AWS Cloud Services.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and consultative skills; ability to work with clients and IT management.
- Detail-oriented, deliverables-focused, exceptional teamwork.
- High proficiency across software design/development, programming, data integration/warehousing/analysis/visualization, storage, networking, and virtualization/cloud environments.

Qualifications (Preferred):
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models.
- Experience in pharma, healthcare, or regulated industry.
