Role: Biological foundation model researcher focused on understanding and evaluating AI-designed drugs through computational biology and machine learning. Responsibilities: investigate model performance relative to data quality and quantity, develop biologically meaningful benchmarks, design experiments, analyze datasets (e.g., RNA-seq), identify biological signals, and collaborate with biologists and AI researchers to refine models and data strategies.
