Role: Computational Biologist I focusing on bioinformatics method development and genomic signature discovery in oncology, primarily analyzing DNA methylation data. Requirements: PhD or Master’s with relevant research experience in cancer biology, bioinformatics, or related fields; 6+ years (Bachelor’s) or 2+ years (Master’s) in industry or post-doc; proficiency in Unix, Python, R, SQL; experience analyzing methylation data and working with public datasets; knowledge of NGS principles and cloud platforms like AWS; effective communication skills. Preferred: industry/post-doc experience in cancer bioinformatics, familiarity with genomic data analysis, version control, and HIPAA compliance.
