Computational Biologist I

Role: Computational Biologist I involved in bioinformatics research for oncology, focusing on developing genomic signatures and biomarkers using large-scale datasets to support diagnostics and translational research. Responsibilities: design and evaluate signatures, analyze genomic data with HPC and cloud infrastructure, develop algorithms, maintain data pipelines, visualize and interpret data, collaborate with R&D, Medical, Regulatory, and external partners, and contribute to scientific publications.
