Compounder I | Weekend First Shift

Role: Compound sterile finished bulk products in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting, focusing on nonsterile and aseptic processes. Responsibilities: perform compounding of Level 1 batches, document batch records accurately, prepare and sterilize equipment, conduct rinse water and filter integrity testing, calibrate scales, and maintain cleanliness and GMP compliance of the compounding area. Support operational excellence, EHS initiatives, and GMP/ISO standards. Requirements: high school diploma; experience with cleaning or manufacturing in healthcare or commercial environments; strong attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills; ability to work under pressure. Preferred qualifications include mechanical aptitude and familiarity with aseptic gowning, rinsing water, and environmental monitoring. High-value specifics: sterile compounding, GMP compliance, ISO standards, EHS responsibilities, US-based location (Tampa, FL). Work setup: on-site with shift hours Friday through Monday.
