Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Compliance Manager, the Compliance Operations Specialist provides administrative and operational support to the compliance program, focusing on managing the compliance inbox, triaging inquiries, and ensuring timely, accurate responses to employee questions.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the compliance inbox by reviewing, prioritizing, and responding to employee inquiries related to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Triaging incoming questions and routing complex/high-risk issues to appropriate compliance, legal, or privacy personnel.
- Track and log all inquiries with proper documentation and follow-up through resolution.
- Develop and maintain standard response templates and FAQs.
- Support drafting and distribution of compliance communications, alerts, and guidance.
- Maintain compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and inquiry logs.
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and documentation of compliance meetings and committee activities.
- Support onboarding and periodic compliance training logistics (tracking completion, sending reminders).
- Assist with basic monitoring activities (tracking attestations and policy acknowledgments).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Legal, Privacy, Operations) to gather information needed to respond to inquiries.

Required Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of administrative, compliance, legal support, or healthcare operations experience (intake/ticketing/shared inbox management).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail; ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business, Legal Studies, or equivalent.

Other:
- Periodic travel.
