What Youโll Do
- Develop and deliver compliance education and awareness programs for US Commercial employees and managers.
- Communicate emerging trends, new policies, and expectations to the US Commercial organization.
- Collaborate with business units to identify and prioritize compliance risks and craft mitigation solutions.
- Develop and execute monitoring plans; oversee remediation and implementation of corrective actions.
- Conduct live compliance monitoring, identify trends, and address compliance risks.
- Support US commercial brands and functions on compliance issues and initiatives.
- Assist with US Speakers Bureau compliance and promotional program compliance initiatives.
- Participate in Internal Audits and support implementation of corrective actions.
- Contribute to compliance initiatives and projects; take on additional business needs as required.
Required Skills
- 12+ years professional experience, including 2+ years in a compliance role in the Life Sciences industry (advanced degree may substitute).
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical industry laws, guidelines, and codes.
- Bachelorโs degree required; JD a plus.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to implement corrective actions.
- Project management experience in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership to maintain compliance cost-effectively.
- Fluency in English.
