About The Role
The role enhances and scales Compliance operations & analytics capabilities as a principal resource and emerging subject matter expert for compliance analytics, monitoring, and technology-enabled compliance operations. Individual contributor; leads programs and cross-functional initiatives through expertise and indirect leadership.
Your Contributions
Program Development and Ownership
- Develop and own compliance monitoring methodologies, KPIs, dashboards (Power BI and/or Tableau), and reporting frameworks for compliance oversight.
- Develop best practices and drive continuous improvement through analytics, automation, and technology-enabled solutions.
Compliance Operations & Technology
- Implement, optimize, and continuously improve compliance technology solutions (including AI-enabled platforms and automated workflows).
- Configure, validate, and optimize AI tools for accurate, effective compliance risk detection aligned with regulatory and business needs.
- Establish technology performance metrics; recommend enhancements.
- Automate manual compliance processes to improve efficiency.
- Serve as business owner for Compliance Operations technologies; partner with vendors, IT, and stakeholders on priorities, enhancements, and evolving needs.
Strategic Analytics
- Translate compliance requirements and business risks into measurable monitoring strategies.
- Deliver executive-level dashboards and reporting for data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze trends, identify emerging compliance risks, evaluate response options, and recommend proactive mitigations.
- Use analytics to inform compliance priorities, audit planning, and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Legal, IT, Field Teams, and business stakeholders to strengthen monitoring and operational effectiveness.
- Act as a go-to resource and subject matter expert for compliance operations/analytics/monitoring technologies.
Requirements
- BS/BA or equivalent and 6+ years of relevant data analytics experience.
- Compliance and Ethics Professional Certification preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
- Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, dashboards, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
- Experience building compliance monitoring methodologies, KPIs/KRIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
- Experience implementing/optimizing/supporting compliance technologies, automation, AI-enabled tools, or technology-enabled compliance operations.
- Ability to evaluate compliance risks and recommend data-driven process improvements.
- Advanced knowledge of best practices; understanding of related business disciplines impacting compliance.
- Ability to develop and continuously improve compliance processes/monitoring/reporting/solutions.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills; translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives via indirect leadership and manage multiple priorities.
Benefits
- Annual base salary: $132,700.00β$182,000.00; annual bonus target 30% of earned base salary; eligibility for equity-based long-term incentive.
